It got pretty tedious though, and I had to wake up at 5 AM just to get there on time, so I wasn't too happy. I turned nineteen back in September, the same day I got laid off from my job as a video game tester. Not the most fun in the world, but I hated working full time anyway.
I spent one week relaxing, beginning to notice my toe was swelling and become more painful. I began to look for a job after the first week, and a couple of weeks later, Mom said she knew someone who knew someone who was hiring call agents for a campaign for Rogers Wireless promotional offers. I went and had an interview a bit later, and then was told I'd be trained three weeks from then.
So, I got another three weeks off to relax, and took advantage of that chance to get my toe fixed, which had turned out to be ingrown and needed surgery. I had my surgery exactly one week before I started my training, and by the time I had to go, I was walking fine.
Training wasn't super fun, six days in a row, and very nerve-wracking getting ready to take to the phones. Still, now I'm fine at it, about a month later.

So, there's a summary of what's been happening in very brief. Lately, Trey and I have been having a lot of trouble and most of it has stemmed from my wanting him to come for Christmas. We want to spend two months living together on a trip so that we get used to each other's company and see if we're ready to do the whole immigration process so one of us can be together, and I want it to start in a week from now. We're working on it, since I finally got his worried out of the way. Now it's just a matter of playing the waiting game...sigh, I guess.
I've felt pretty down because of that and just generally not being too happy, but hopefully things will get better soon.
Edit: Oh,and I'm obsessed with space now.
